• Spot Welding has certain advantages over Soldering as :
• Elimination of Solder/ Filler Material.
• Operator dependency of Soldering is eliminated in Spot Welding. Achieving consistent Weld Quality.
• Hazardous Fumes of Soldering eliminated.
• Wire Sizes – From 0.5 mm Dia to 2.0 mm Dia Multistrand/ Single Core (Multistrand Wires to be Solidified first before Welding on Terminal)
• Terminal – 0.5mm to 1.5mm Thk with Plating.
• Machine – KSLT – AC
• Weld Head – TC 70 / 110 – as per Force Requirement – Pneumatic Operated
• Transformer – AC Water Cooled
• Controller – AC Microprocessor Based
• Weld Electrodes – Cu-Cr with Tungsten Insert
