Machine developed to perform cutting of SS Stranded Wire (Dia. 3.0 mm) with the help of Resistcne Welding principle.
The SS Wire has to be cut in various lengths ranging from 300 mm to 1200 mm with cut length accuracy of 0.5mm.
During the operation of Flash Cutting we ensure the cut ends of wire are rounded. This will keep all strands in place & no loose strands are present in the cut wire.
This machine has weld heads mounted on table next to each other & transformer at rear side of the table.
The SS Wire is fed through AC Rotary moving plate as per requirement.
The entire machine is controlled by PLC. MMI is provided for ease of operation & display of various parameters.
